It is Getting Harder but it Have to be Done. Core Rotation 360 Mobility Combo


I have to admit that even this simple moves are getting a bit difficult to do, as my mobility keep decreasing almost by the day, but I have to keep moving because if I stop doing it (like my body is asking me) I will lose it even quicker.
Not a big fan of forcing anything but for the sake of my health I have to push my body a little bit from time to time.
Anyway, here is a little Mobility and Core routine that I did yesterday while having an almost free pain day.
