On training: Keep it quick, short and simple! If your main goal is not to be a bodybuilder or a professional athlete., keep your training quick, short and simple. Choose movements over exercises and get tired in the shortest possible time. Very little breaks between sets. Just get tired. Intensity is the key!
Don’t waste so much of your precious time listening to others opinion and philosophy (including mine) and instead go for long walks in nature, practice meditation, solitude, stillness, and silence, listen to yourself and learn from what arise from within you. Spend your time wisely. Take what resonate, discard the rest. 🙂
